We have a multi-faceted bid submission and evaluation process to make it easy for you to compare and select the bidder that best fits your goals (whatever they may be).
All bidders are required to submit extensive document in their bids (including but not limited to):
- Company qualifications & project experience: Number of projects installed under the jurisdiction of the utility & local AHJ; project team bios and experience; applicable licenses; company financial statements; C&I project customer references
- Proposed project details: HelioScope report with proposed site layout; 8760 CSV containing production data of proposed system; proposed equipment (solar module; inverter; racking; monitoring system/solution); equipment warranties; Operations & Maintenance Plan offered for the project
- Project schedule
- Project cost: all-in turnkey project cost (including all taxes, expected AHJ and utility fees); detailed breakdown of project cost across specific cost categories; O&M pricing (if included); prices of alternates (if requested)
- Contract red-lines: if EPC doesn’t accept your company’s standard contract as-is
- Responsible supplier policy: if your company has a Responsible Supplier Policy, we can also incorporate this into our bid scoring
We assess every bid based on a scoring criteria that is developed in collaboration with you so that our bid scores are transparent and aligned with your priorities. Our app also enables you to drill-down into the scores assigned to each bid so that you can compare bids across different scoring categories.
